I am unable to upload either ttf or woff files. I saw there was a thread before, and it was stated that this issue was fixed. What do I need to do?

I also noticed that I am able to upload directly to the media library. When I select the uploaded font in the Custom Fonts dash, I get this error when I click “Add New Font”:

Sorry, you are not allowed to do that.

    Hi,

I’m adding to this topic because I have the same problem. For any reasons I always get the security message that does not allow me to upload my fonts even after added define(‘ALLOW_UNFILTERED_UPLOADS’, true); in the wp-config.php. I tried other methods too with functions.php. Nothing works.

Since I have full access to the server is there a directory I could upload the font file myself so it will be recognized by your plugin ?

    Hi @laurent75,

For the uploading font files issue, you might want to get in touch with your hosting provider to check if they have another security that causes the issue.

You can upload the font files to any directory. All you need to do is just put the direct links of the font files to the respective fields on the Custom Font plugin.

    I hope it helps.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??
