    Hi

    I love your plugin it is very simple and straightforward

    However, I have 3 issues:
    1. I get a “Sorry, this product cannot be purchased error” error when I try to add a gift via the popup on the cart page.

    2. If I go straght to check-out, without visiting my cart page I do not have the chance to add the gift.

    3. I would love it if there could be a way to automatically add the gift to the cart without the popup, which will resolve the above issue.

    #1 error occurs whe I have the “AELIA currency switcher active”. I tried to write to them to get compatible with your plugin but they suggested that your plugin should get compatible with theirs instead and they can provide with documentation.

    The thing is I need 2 currencies in my shop and being able to give a free gift. If there anyway that we can make thos eplugins compatible?

    Hi Karizmaj,

    I got an email from AELIA currency switcher plugin author. I will collaborate with them to make the plugin compatible with their plugin. Just wait for sometime till we sort the problem out.

    Regarding #2: Gifts are currently allowed to select only in the checkout page.
    Regarding #3: This feature will be implemented soon. When this feature is added, point #2 will also work to some extent.

    Hi I am sorry, I read your answer via mail and I replied via my e-mail and I did not realize that I was sending to a [email protected]

    Here is my message:
    t worked!!!
    I sent you a screen shot. Your plugin works wayyyyy better than the other one that I used. All you are missing is the automatic add or posibility to add at checkout as well cuz sometimes people might buy just one item so they go directly to checkout to see the total with shipping and all.

    Also, if there is only one gift to choose from, people might tend to click directly on add gift button, not realizing that they have to select it first even if theres nothing else to choose from. You can take a look at the second screenshot. A temporary solution right now is Changing the title of the popup window to select your gift to entice pple to select it before clicking add gift.

    Once again thank You so much, I cannot wait for the next update of the plugin and you should totally write somewhere in your description that you are compatible with the aelia currency switcher. Also you could ask them to add you on their list of plugins that they are compatible with.
