Sorry! this product is not available for giveaway

    Hello

    We are trying to have 2 different giveaway products.

    1. Product A, when the user spends over $100.

    2. Product B, when the user spends over $200.

    We are testing it out now, but we are getting this error. “Sorry! this product is not available for giveaway” How do we fix this issue and what would cause that?

    Both the coupon and the product are in draft mode because the website gets a lot of traffic. But we can send you a login or more into to help.

    The issue you are facing might be related to the product you have set up for the giveaway. Does it have the required stocks? Also, try to add the giveaway products to the cart without a coupon and check if they can be purchased from your site.

    If products are correctly configured and you are still having issues, please get back to us with the screenshots of your coupon edit page (all tabs) and your WooCommerce System status report (WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system status report). You may share them through this link.

    It is working now as a coupon, but we would like to free giveaway product to be show in the cart. How ca we do that?
