Sorry, trouble retrieving payment receipt.

A couple of months ago everything is working fine. but from the last month, I’m facing this issue “Sorry, trouble retrieving payment receipt.”

Payment History and Customer are successfully updated after payment and the user receiving its login detail and purchase receipt in the right format.
