Sorry, trouble retrieving payment receipt. message on receipt page after checkou

Hi Guys, quick question for you I’m having an issue when I run a test payment through the site using paypal sandbox after processes properly but when paypal returns me to my checkout page the following error message appears.

“Sorry, trouble retrieving payment receipt.”

Is this because I am using sandbox mode for testing and if so will it dissapear if I use the live mode. Other than that any ideas as to what I am doing wrong.
