    I get this error at checkout in test mode “Sorry, we are unable to process your payment at this time. Please retry later.” In the woocommerce log display an error that says “India recurring payment mandates can only be requested for the following currencies: [inr, usd, eur, gbp, sgd, cad, chf, sek, aed, jpy, nok, myr, hkd]. ” but the problem is that the store is not in India is in Romania and the currency is “lei”. I talked with stripe support and they told me this is a plugin error and the only way to test it in test mode is if I change the currency to $ usd, this way it works. I need to test it in my currency. How do I fix this?

    At woocommerce > status, there are 4 tabs, System status, Tools, Logs and Scheduled Actions, in these tabs there is no ‘Get system report’ button

    Could you run a conflict test to help you identify the cause of the issue? Especially check by disabling the Country Based Payments for WooCommerce plugin. More info: https://woo.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    Additionally, please can you share a copy of the following:

    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

    So I disabled all plugins except Woocommerce, Woo Subscriptions, WooCommerce All Products For Subscriptions, WooCommerce Stripe Gateway, and activated the default Twenty TwentyFour theme, but the error still shows the same, so I think its an issue with the WooCommerce Stripe Gatewayplugin

    this is the last log for woocommerce-gateway-stripe-2024-01-28-19cd24097b20b53a650e2266ea633b09.log after I disabled all plugins and activated the default theme, still says about indian currency

    Hi @tonyart,

    Could you kindly resend the log again? It seems that we can’t access it anymore. Also, ensure that you set a longer expiration duration this time.

    I also noticed you are using an outdated version of Woo Subscriptions, WooCommerce All Products For Subscriptions, and other premium plugins. Could you please update all those plugins to the latest version and see whether the issue gets resolved?

    If the issue continues, please open a ticket from Woo.com > My profile > Support. Make sure to include a link to this thread, so we know what has been done already.

    Rest assured, I used the same plugin and theme on my testing site and couldn’t replicate your issue.

    I installed a fresh new wordpress only with 4 plugins and a default theme, Woo All Products For Subscriptions, Woo Subscriptions, WooCommerce and WooCommerce Stripe Gateway. So your plugin its working fine if I purchase a product without subscription, on subscription I get the error

    In order to isolate this further, kindly test with only the following 3 plugins active, and see if the issue persists with subscription products, or otherwise:

    I don’t know if its a good temporary fix, but I comment out the line 674 ? return $mandate_options; from the file?/includes/compat/trait-wc-stripe-subscriptions.php and it works, maybe it will help you with the fix, becasue the error its something related to some conditions of indian currency

    Your temporary fix by commenting out the line 674 return $mandate_options; from the file /includes/compat/trait-wc-stripe-subscriptions.php might be working for now, but we wouldn’t recommend it as a permanent solution.

    Our development team is always working on updates and fixes, and your feedback is valuable in helping us improve. We will certainly consider this issue in our future updates.

    In the meantime, we recommend keeping your WooCommerce and Stripe plugins up to date, as this may resolve your issue.
