“sorry, we couldn’t connect to the mailpoet server”

I am using Mailpoet 3 but I will get this error message after I tested with my email. The form was put in a pop up dialog in the website home page.
The error happens quite often when I am using my Android Chrome browser.
How can I solve the issue?
