It strange, because plugin requires ‘manage_options’ capability which should be available for superadmin role. Please check capabilities for the user.

Thanks how do I check that? I presume super admin would have that capability?

Actually I can’t find the plugin scripts in the source code.
It seems that plugin is not activated on the website.

No its definitely active. Otherwise the settings wouldn’t be visible in menu? Make sure you are on https://dev.smartersurfaces.com.au/open too as its multisite

Regarding screenshots – there’s a settings for default WordPress search bar.
But your site displays WooCommerce product search bar.
So you need to configure another widget https://dev.smartersurfaces.com.au/wp-admin/admin.php?page=smart-search&type=product

Please let me know if this doesn’t work.

Also you need to activate “Product Search Widget” option.
