    I just installed it on my site but get this error when loading the page: Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

    WHat permission should I check for? the user I am using has administrator access, so I am confused

    Hi,

    Could you please confirm whether you have not modified the roles & capabilities for the same ‘administrator’ user using any custom plugin?

    Also, you can try to create a new test user having an ‘administrator’ user role and then try to access Smart Manager plugin using the same, and do let me know your views.
