    We have a client with SEUR plug in installed.

    When they try to create a SEUR labell it comes up with

    ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.’

    I have checked this both as Administrator and Shop manager.

    There is a seur_uploads_v6mrofsj60 directory with 755 permissions and is writable.

    Wordpress Version 5.8 and latest plug in.

    Customer has account details configured as required.

    I have deleted and reinstalled the plugin and it recreated the directory

    Any suggestions?

    Tenemos un cliente con el complemento SEUR instalado.

    Cuando intentan crear una etiqueta SEUR, se les ocurre

    “Lo siento, no tienes permiso para acceder a esta página”.

    He comprobado esto como administrador y como gerente de la tienda.

    Hay un directorio seur_uploads_v6mrofsj60 con 755 permisos y se puede escribir.

    Wordpress Versión 5.8 y último complemento.

    El cliente tiene los detalles de la cuenta configurados según sea necesario.

    Eliminé y reinstalé el complemento y recreé el directorio
