    Hi,

    Whenever I add certain pages to my admin menu and let the user have that admin menu, they can click the link but it tells them “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” They have full admin capabilities but only when using this admin menu do they get this error.

    For example, I set the shipping tab under woocommerce settings as its own tab and when clicked they get the message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” See it set up here:

    How do i stop them from getting this error message.

    Hi @077b,

    WooCommerce has special permissions around their menu and it is best to not put submenus on their own, it’s best to keep them under the WooCommerce menu. Unfortunately this is something WooCommerce has specifically done and can’t be worked around as I have looked into this issue myself.
