    I’m getting the following message:

WooCommerce appears to be installed, but the Wordfence Login Security WooCommerce integration is not currently enabled. Without this feature, WooCommerce forms will not support all functionality provided by Wordfence Login Security, including CAPTCHA for the login page and user registration.?Manage Settings

But when I click the Manage Settings link, I’m getting the “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” error.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @wildlife77,

The message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page” as you probably know is a WordPress default message when you don’t have the right user level to access the page. However, the same role/level usually controls displaying the left-hand menu item in the first place!

Try visiting the page URL directly without clicking a link, and also from your WordPress admin area’s Wordfence > Login Security link.

Something else is likely breaking the URL so it’s not pointing to the right page. For admins on a single site, it should point to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=WFLS as your example shows. Certain plugins or case insensitive URLs have caused this error in the past, for example, if I change my URL to page=wfls in lowercase I can reproduce the error you’re seeing. However, there are other pages containing capitals in Wordfence so I’d possibly expect this to occur for more pages if that was the issue.

I think the first thing to try would be disabling all plugins (possibly including any mu-plugins) except for Wordfence, and using a default theme such as Twenty Twenty-Three. If the issue subsides, enable your plugins and theme one-by-one until it starts reoccurring to identify the cause.

    Thanks,
    Peter.

Wordfence > Login Security is not present in the Dashboard. I noticed that previously when comparing this installation to others that do not have this problem.

When I try to go directly to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=WFLS it gives the same error.

I’ll try disabling all plugins and using a default theme after your next reply. I wanted to see if the above information would prove helpful first.

    Hi @wildlife77,

Did checking for a conflict cause the menu item to reappear?

    Thanks,
    Peter.

The problem seems to have resolved itself. Sorry for taking so long to get back with you on this.
