    Hi, when I tried to go to

    Performance -> Dashboard -> Settings -> Page Cache

    (or any page under Settings),

    it is inaccessible and gives me this error:

    Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

    I am using an administrator account (both administrator and network administrator).

    Can you help, please?

    This issue is not specificaly related to the W3 Total cache or the page you are reffering to.

    I would advise you to check this article for guidance on what you may want to check and see what may be causing the problem.
    Again, this is not specifically related to the W3 Total Cache as we are not setting restrictions of this kind
