• I’ve installed Pixel Caffeine on on demo and live site to test this and both times I get sorry not allowed to access this page when I try to look at the settings or dashboard.

I have disabled all plugins and changed the theme to a wordpress default but it’s the same problem.”.

    Hi,

it seems something related to permissions to your user not added correctly.

Try to force the re-initialization of the plugin by following these steps:

    1. Go to https://yourwebsite/wp-admin/options.php
    2. search for aepc_db_version
    3. Revemo any value inside the field
    4. save the settings

Then, try again to access to the admin page of the plugin.

    Let me know.
