Sorry, You Are Not Allowed to Access This Page on mail update

Hello,
I’m using TML for years without problem. A few days ago a user contacted me because he got an error message when he clicked on the link to confirm his new email address.

I have created a test account myself and indeed I also have the error (I can update the password without worries).

On clicking on confirm email link, it redirect me to : https:/website.come/wp-admin/profile.php?newuseremail=6af731dkjhkjhf2264dfb73f91f06c74352298
With the error : Sorry, You Are Not Allowed to Access This Page.
I changed nothing for years.

After testing, error appears also on dashboard when I click on ‘Admin of site / Modify the profil with links to /wp-admin/ and /wp-admin/profile.php
