    Hey WordPress members,

I got this error when trying to login: Sorry, your request cannot be accepted.
I have a laptop and a pc so when I get this message the first thing I try is a different browser Edge, Firefox or chrome or i’ll try my pc or laptop.

One of these things always work but either way I don’t think this message should appear because my country code is added and my ip is added to the whitelist.

Any idea what can cause this problem? I was thinking maybe a caching plugin?

    Hi @nesoor,

I do not find the reason besides the blocked browser accessed your login page through VPN.

To clarify the reason, would you try another test after you configure “Record “Logs”” as “When blocked” in “Privacy and record settings” section?

    Privacy and record settings

When you are blocked, you can find the reason on “Logs” tab. If you would be unable to login again, please refer to “What should I do when I’m locked out?“.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Hey Tokkonopapa,

At this moment I can only login with Firefox on my laptop.
Laptop: Chrome and Edge: Sorry, your request cannot be accepted.
PC: Chrome, Firefox and Edge: Sorry, your request cannot be accepted.

To clarify I can only login with my laptop using Firefox.
When I try to login with my pc or any other browser the logs say that my ip is passed (admin) but yet I get this error message: Sorry, your request cannot be accepted.

Thanks for your great support !

I do use a different login url. I am not using wp-admin.

    Hey Tokkonoppa,

I just checked and the problem is “All In One WP Security”.
I guess the function is in the way that changes the login page from wp-admin to a custom one.

Any idea how I can make it work with GEO IP ?

    Hi @nesoor,

    Thank you for your reporting!

I’ll check it. I appreciate your patience as it might take some time.

    Hi @nesoor,

Unfortunately, I have not succeed to reproduce the issue when I made a fresh installation of All In One WP Security and configured just “Enable Rename Login Page Feature“:

    Enable Rename Login Page Feature

This feature works fine with IPGB which is configured by “Best for Back-end” in “Plugin settings” section.

    Plugin settings

I observed some PHP notices but those seemed to have no relation with this issue:

PHP Notice: Undefined variable: user_login in /htdocs/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall/other-includes/wp-security-rename-login-feature.php on line 1030
PHP Notice: Undefined variable: user_login in /htdocs/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall/other-includes/wp-security-rename-login-feature.php on line 1079
PHP Notice: Undefined variable: error in /htdocs/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall/other-includes/wp-security-rename-login-feature.php on line 1104

So would you export the settings of both plugins as files and send them by email to tokkonopapa at yahoo dot com so that I can reproduce your situation?

And also the list of your activated plugins will be appreciated.

Thank you for your kind cooperation in advance!

    Hi @nesoor,

Thank you for the setting files and the list of your plugins.

Different behaviors by different browsers seemed curious for me because there’s no such functionality in my plugin based on the user agent.

So I suspected that “Swift Performance” which is caching plugin might be related to your issue.

Please try to put a part of the URL of renamed login page that is configured by “All In One WP Security“.

    Swift Performance Lite

And also please note that some js or css files that may be minified by “Swift Performance” would be blocked by “All In One WP Security“.

    Thanks.

    Hey Tokkonopapa,

Sorry for my late response, I was too busy to try this.
I can confirm that the issue is caused by Swift performance.

I just added the url to the exception list of swift performance so I will later let you know if it works !

Thanks for your great support even though this issue isn’t caused by your plugin.
