  • OH SHOOT. I’ve been getting those messages on occasion. I had no idea it was possibly due to your plugin! ??

NOW the latest issue — a Library ‘oddity’ has made me wonder what the heck is going on. It’s apparently tied to your plugin; I posted the details of that Library issue just a short while ago. But…this, coupled with that…I hope it isn’t a sign that my server/PHP is about to die.

Is there a workaround for all this, on my end?

    Here are my stats:

OS Type: Linux skymaster 3.2.61-grsec-modsign #1 SMP x86_64 (64 bit)
    Server Software: Apache
    CPU Cores: 8 Cores
    Load Average: 7.04, 7.35, 7.82
Disk Space: 4.07 GB (18%) used of 23.14 GB total
    Database Size: 21.45 MB
    MySQL Version: 5.6.34-log
    Database Charset (Collate): utf8 (n/a)
    PHP Version: 7.0.24
PHP Extensions: Core, date, libxml, pcre, sqlite3, filter, mbstring, SPL, PDO, Reflection, pdo_sqlite, hash, session, cgi-fcgi, bcmath, bz2, calendar, ctype, curl, dom, standard, ftp, gd, gettext, exif, iconv, imap, json, mcrypt, mysqlnd, openssl, pcntl, pdo_mysql, posix, pspell, mysqli, SimpleXML, soap, sockets, tokenizer, xml, xmlreader, xmlrpc, xmlwriter, xsl, zip, zlib, imagick, Zend OPcache
Max Upload, Post Size (Input Vars): 100M, 105M (3000)
Memory Usage: 16M (4%) of 400M (actual limit)
WP Memory Limit: 400M (defined limit)
WP Admin Memory Limit: 256M (defined limit)
WP Debug: Disabled (no logging, display)
Opcache Size (Max Files, Revalidate): 4M (3907, 2 secs)
    Page Cache (Plugin): Disabled
    Object Cache: Disabled

P.S.: that message (‘sorry, your request…’) appears when I sometimes go to activate a new plugin…but not when I’m logging in.

It also happens when I recently did a restore operation of a backup. Ironically it was me doing a backup because your plugin was likely messing up the arrangement of the Media Library…I LOVE your plugin, too. The fact that that error message is tied to it, and the Library being all weird now…ugh. This isn’t good! ?? Please respond ASAP. I don’t want my site to crash.

    Hi @eatandbemerry,

    I respond you here.

I ‘ve updated to the latest version last night, and this morning the users got the “sorry your request…” message. I could log in, they could not. After few minutes it decided to cool off.

    Hi @aimarv,

Sorry about your bad experience. Could you try to deactivate your caching plugin if you use?

This plugin sends out “no cache header” and defines “DONOTCASCHPAGE” when it shows the blocking message. But if the caching system is so strong, then it could be happen.

Or please check out the “Logs” of this plugin and find your users to investigate why they were blocked. You can find the various reason in the description of “Result”.

    Thanks.
