    Well I searched for this (above) and the last related post was over a year ago and didn’t seem to resolve things for me.

    No matter what I do I get the expired message, usually when filling out the country and “province” fields. (Incidentally for a UK company I cannot fathom why swindon (example) would be described as a province/state – and where is “utland”? – that list is very confusing. With Wiltshire not appearing in the main county list etc…)

    Anyway no orders can be placed without the dreaded message in the title coming up. Nothing I do will allow me to place a test order. This is a fresh WP installation, using default theme with memory set up properly.

    Any suggestions?

    Ok, could you list the plugins you’re using on the site?
    Do you, by chance, know if some of them use session?

    Hi

    There are plugins installed (mostly by wordpress at installation eg clef/hello dolly) but all are deactivated, so the only plugin being used is jigoshop as far as I can determine. As for session usage – no idea.

    Any help would be useful because – as it stands jigoshop cannot be used at all to process an order
