Sort by: ID by Included Category

When selecting sort by: ID is not sorting in the order of the ID arranged in the “Included Category” field. Maybe it’s not meant to be use that way? I am trying to put Months in chronological order (Jan, Feb, Mar, etc.). Right now, it’s showing Jan, Feb, Apr, Jun, & Mar.
