    I have successfully imported all my events but they are being sorted and displayed alphabetically instead of chronologically. How do I fix this?

    Hi @webmasterbwaorg,

    Great to know you are able to import your events. you can schedule import in pro version so it will import automatically on regular interval.

    Please do check our sort code given here to sort event based on date.

    By default it will sort based on Event date not Title. If still issue let us know we are here to help you. For quick reply contact on website.

    No offense, but I was hoping for something more than a general link to a forum on your products. You didn’t even send me to the correct product. it’s very obvious you just send everyone to that same link and this is a standard response. that came over 2 weeks late. Also, by default the product should work. The issue is still very much persisting. Also you said for quick reply contact on website. where on the website? it looks like the contact us page is for business inquiries only.

    1) On website contact us page you can ask for support with detail on this link

    2) Plugin has sort-code, widget and Gutenberg Block all are by default sort based on date so we suggested link of our website document you can use any proper method. You can change it to have sort by title using.
