Sort Files Based on File Extension

  • Hi,

    I am a plugin developer and have searched the Codex exhaustively for hooks and functions and filters but I haven’t found an answer to my question. ON FILE UPLOAD: how could I *move* a file attachment to another folder in the wp-content/uploads directory if it had a certain file extension (i.e. .js)? I am stumped as to which global plugin functions I should use, in addition to where I should hook my function.
