Sort media files by drag and drop does not work

This might be caused by a conflict or a bug.

I would like to have you perform a few steps to fix this issue-

Go to Elementor > Settings on your WordPress dashboard.
Click the Advanced tab and then switch the CSS print method to Internal embedding.
Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, server cache (if possible).
In case the issue persists, deactivate all plugins apart from Elementor.
If this helps, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.
In case this didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) and see if it makes any difference.

Please update us when you can.

I did everything as you wrote. It doesn’t work.

Rolled back the version. did not help. Disabled all plugins. Default theme. Cache cleared.

Sites on different hostings. So it doesn’t depend on hosting.

Same problem on my sites, according to the support team the bug is due to the latest update of WordPress and it is reported and should be fixed:

The gallery issue is a known bug, you can roll back WP or use it with the upload button for now.
