sort of pictures in the standard gallery

  • Hello,

    i create a new article with picture-galleries.
    while creating the gallery i could change the sort of the pictures.
    Now i see the pictures in my right sort and save the article.
    But then when i look at this article the pictures are sorted in the wrong way in this gallery.
    When i edit this gallery and change the sort it’s the same.
    The pictures are still in the wrong sort.

    please help me.

  • After you change the order in the post, are you saving both the media gallery and the updating the post?

    It has been my experience that you can re-order and save the images for thumbnail view only. The gallery singe image view seems to revert back to the original upload order.
    And this means you won’t see the full gallery using Next when you think you are starting at the beginning of the gallery, if the original sort order does not have the same image first!

    How could I get my gallery to show the pictures in the correct sort?
