    Is there a filter for wpbdp_render_listing Query to order_by = RAND? I see there are two options and they are set as ASC and DESC. They do not appear to be filterable.

    Also which template can I utilize for best practice to add Template parameters? (businessdirectory-listing.tpl.php?) Or should we use a filter hook in theme functions file?

    Do you have a snippet or query argument to make archive views or listings appear on page in random order? (We want to not give any one listing priority over another.)

    It looks like you’ve found our customization docs and have found the most up to date information we have about customizing the plugin. It appears that there are currently no filters for wpbdp_render_listing

    I haven’t used that function before, but I’m wondering if the sort settings in the plugin would help here. You can control the sorting of listings under Directory > Settings > Listings > Sorting. There is a random order choice there.

    The best template for overriding listing layout is single.tpl.php

    Ahh, you are correct in that there is a setting for Random. Not sure how I missed it. Maybe I assumed that the setting option below **Order directory listings by** which is **Sort directory listings by** was the only sorting options there were. But alas I did find the Random sorting select option.
