Sort Quote and Pullquote

    I can’t believe how the quote feature of WordPress has not changed over time. It’s simply terrible. The pullquote feature is just as bad. I have tried this across so many themes. It’s always the same and looks bad. I mean, that ridiculous single speech mark for a start.

    Sure, CSS can help solve it, but that a faff.

    Ironically, the pullquote looks reasonable within the editor but when it’s published…terrible.

    Come on WordPress, please resurrect the quote!

    The appearance of each is controlled by the theme; WP itself just adds the HTML element. If you don’t like how it looks, you can create custom CSS or look for a theme that renders it “better”.
