Sort still doesn’t work

    Hello

    I tried now over a month to get some help from the support but i dont get a real answer or help and my other topic just get the resolved icon but it’s not solved.

    If i want to sort my gallery i goes to Manage Images, there i need to make a different sort then i want in the frontend, so i would like to fix this issue.
    Because i would lose always much time to control after every switch in the frontend to get the right sort.

    Could you please help me this time?

    Could you please share some details related with this sorting problem?

    1) Link to the page with gallery
    2) Ordering of the images in media manager of the gallery (some screenshot)
    3) Sorting mode selected in gallery settings

    Can you please respond on my Ticket with the ID 3198 at you Robosoft support site?
    There I will give you the access to the website and there u find already the images from the sort of the frontend and backend + the page with the issue.

    Please check ticket 3198. We have posted solution there.

    It’s not related with gallery images ordering, but with images resizing.

    In this particular gallery you have few different sizes of the images with different proportions and when gallery build thumbnails grid it’s resize original images to build correct grid layout. But in this particular case result images have few pixels difference in images size as result gallery change ordering of this thumbnails to avoid extra spacing between gallery images.

    Grid layout in our gallery have higher priority if we compare with images ordering.

    To the next release we’ll include more advanced images resizing module to the gallery with few alternative configuration modes for the gallery images resizing.
