Sort the username dropdown, IP column sort doesn’t work

Great plugin, but the username filter dropdown is useless: with over 2,000 members on a site, finding someone is impossible. I assume it’s in user ID order. Can you please alpha sort it by default?
Would be nice to have usernames as well, rather than the internal versions (i.e. someone with “John Smith” showing as “John Smith” instead of “john-smith”).
Also the IP column sort doesn’t work. I tried sorting it (click title) and it comes out in the same order. Would’ve been nice for hunting people with 2 accounts.
