Sortable Post List Column For All Post Types

I have added a column to all post types. It is an integer column so very easy to sort. I have added a column using “manage_posts_columns” as the filter. This single filter makes the post show up for every post type, which is what i wanted.

I need to write this plugin to work with any install, therefore i cannot add individual filters for every post type. Using “manage_post_sortable_columns” only applies to the main post type. It works, but i want this same sorting to work for every post type and not just the primary one.
