Sorted items not displaying by category

I checked your website and noticed the same four items show on all category pages.
But also, when I click on the products there, I get a page not found error.

Can you please share screenshots of what you see on the page WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced and also Settings > Permalinks? It seems there’s something wrong with the URLs on your website.
I recommend using https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

Are you using any custom code on the website?
What about a page builder plugin?
Can you also please tell us if you can see and Editor option on the Appearance tab?

I am not using custom code. I have minimal plugins. I do have the classic editor and widgets installed but not activated.

I changed the permalink structure to default. I am not sure why the permalinks got messed up. It seems that the product links are working now.

I still do not see the correct items in the categories.

Yeah, I’m able to see the products now. But the shop link is broken.

If you share the screenshots I mentioned on the last message we can take a look and see if we find the issue with that ??

The reason I’m asking this is because if you have this option, the template of the category pages might be wrong.

You mentioned you did not use custom code, but did you use a page builder such as Elementor, or another one?

Sorry, yes I have the editor option.

I did not use plugins to create pages.

Thanks for confirming! I was not able to see the link you shared, but since you do have access to the editor, let me share the steps to reset the category page template to see if this solves the issue ??

• Go to Appearance > Editor
• Click on Templates
• Search on the list for the template Products by Category (it will be under the WooCommerce section)
• Click on it and then click on the pencil icon to edit it
• If the right sidebar is not showing, please click on the settings icon on the top right. Here’s a screenshot: https://snipboard.io/3uZK27.jpg
• On the Template tab, click on the three dots next to “product by category”
• Select “clear customizations”
• Save the changes

Please follow these steps and check if the issue persists.
