Sorting an album alphabetically

    Hi,
    I have made some albums, one of them is at https://www.mijnblogje.nl/dagvlinders. It contains about 30 galleries. Everytime I want to add a new gallery I have to look where to place it, because the album is sorted alphabetically. With 30 galleries this is easy, but I’m creating an album with my moths and that is over 400 galleries. So everytime I have to drag the new added gallery to the bottom of the column.

    There must be a way to do this automatically, I suppose. So I just drag the new gallery to the album and NextGen will sort it.

    Hi @theodelaruelle,

    We are sorry but this one is on the to-do list for the future admin redesign project.

    At the moment, in absence of such a sort option for Manage Albums, you’ll have to either drag the album within “Manage Albums” or re-sort the galleries from the “NextGen Gallery” block that you use to insert the album into the page by editing it then accessing “Sort or exclude images” tab then sort the galleries by Name from there.
