Is it possible to sort Atrributes into categories so to say?

So for example, I have a number of different designs that customers can choose from, which can be categorised. Can I make it so that if a customer selects the ‘summer’ category, that only the designs in the summer category show, rather than all of my designs?

    Hello @getstitchedstore,

    Thank you for reaching out!

So for example, I have a number of different designs that customers can choose from, which can be categorised.

I’m not sure if I get the full picture here. Could you please attach some screenshots that describe what you’re trying to achieve?

Are you sorting the catalogue with a sorting widget?

Look forward to hearing back from you.

    Hi @getstitchedstore

You may use something like this website to share some screenshots with us.

    Looking forward to your response!

As you can see in this screenshot https://snipboard.io/9ufg6A.jpg and this one https://snipboard.io/lIRD6S.jpg my patterns are separated into categories such as ‘summer/florals’ ‘autumn/halloween’ etc etc.

However, if you look at this screenshot https://snipboard.io/YtXS83.jpg when selecting a pattern on a product page, the drop down menu shows all of the patterns available. What I would like, if it is possible to do so, is to have an additional option where a customer can select a category such as ‘summer/florals’ and these are the only patterns that are shown in the drop down menu seen on the screenshot.

Is this a bit clearer now?

    Hello @getstitchedstore,

    Thank you for the screenshots!

If I understand this correctly, you want an additional field the filter all attributes depending on the selected value, correct?

I think you can achieve this with the Extra Custom Product Options for WooCommerce extension.

I suggest you give it a try (we don’t offer trials but we have a 30 day refund policy). If this extension turns out to be not what you were looking for, please reach out to us via email and we’ll be more than happy to help find alternatives. :?)

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Yes this is correct.

I purchased and activated this plugin but I can’t seem to work out how to categorise the attributes. Could you please advise?

The extension is developed by Plugify so we need to refer your question to their team.

Could you please open a ticket about this from WooCommerce.com > MY profile > Support?

Make sure to contact us from the same account you ordered the extension from so we can process the ticket faster. :?)

    Cheers!

I have been able to set the plug in up in the way I would like now, however have encountered a different issue.

Now, my quantity selector and add to cart button is being overlapped by the product options in some cases where there are more options.

Is there any way to resolve this please?
