    Sorry, but this forum is for the free lite version of the plugin only. You cannot get any support for the premium version here.

    I have the pro account, but I don’t have the support option. Is there a way to upgrade my account without buying a whole new license? I just bought the license, so I have almost a year left on it.

    Actually, I found the information on your website. I can upgrade and it will just tack the extra time onto my account.

    However, will purchasing support even help me in this case? I observed the following note on the website: Within the scope of the support package we will help you to install and setup the plugin properly at your website. The support does not contain code changes at your theme or our plugin.

    The support does not contain code customizations to any themes or plugins but of course we can provide technical explanations and code snippets you can implement on your own. ??
