Sorting categories on post template

  • Hello,

    I couldnt find any information about this. Maybe i am searching with wrong keywords.

    My problem is, i have too many categories, and before i publish my post i am having problems to choose the right category from that little cat. box on post template page. Is there any plug-in for to sort categories or addin a dropdown would be enough.
