Sorting custom columns

Hello,

I’ve added a custom column with your hooks apm_manage_pages_columns and apm_manage_pages_custom_column which works really fine, thank you ??

Now I want the column to be sortable. Can you please give an example for how to use the hooks apm_custom_sql_orderby and apm_custom_sql_join? I’m not sure how to use it.

Maybe you can add an example on ‘Other Notes’ if other users with less experience want to know how the filters works as well.
