Sorting Doesn’t Work

Hello. The sort order feature doesn’t work. I upgraded to the pro version and I sorted the members in the order I wanted them under the “Sort Order” tab but it doesn’t show up on the website. I cleared the cache and updated the page where the shortcode is on but it still doesn’t update. Please help. Thanks!
