• We are not able to sort activity log in track of records. Can you please help us for this?

    We can continue troubleshooting the issue here. Can you please answer the below questions so we can better understand the issue?

    1. What version of the plugin are you using?
    2. What are you trying to sort – which column?
    3. What browser are you using?
    4. Can you please share a video while reproducing the issue with the Console open (in the browser developer tools)? Note that you can’t upload videos here. You can upload them to a file sharing website and we’ll download it.
    5. Do you have any plugins that might be disabling JS or have some sort of impact / modify the backend dashboard?

    The more information you can share with us about your setup the better. Also, please do not share any technical / sensitive details publicly on this forum. If you need to share such details please send us an email at [email protected] and refer to this ticket in your email.

    Answers of above questions:

      version is 4.5.1
    2. What are you trying to sort – which column?
      Every column has same issue
    3. What browser are you using?
      Chrome and firefox

      I am not sure about this. We are using some plugins on website

    Offhand it is really difficult to tell what is happening without at least even seeing a video etc. Are you able to share that?

    Also, can you please send us the System Information file from the Help & Contact Us section in the plugin? Please do not share it on this forum because it has sensitive technical information. Please send it to us via email at [email protected]. Please make reference to this forum thread in the email.
