We can continue troubleshooting the issue here. Can you please answer the below questions so we can better understand the issue?
- What version of the plugin are you using?
- What are you trying to sort – which column?
- What browser are you using?
- Can you please share a video while reproducing the issue with the Console open (in the browser developer tools)? Note that you can’t upload videos here. You can upload them to a file sharing website and we’ll download it.
- Do you have any plugins that might be disabling JS or have some sort of impact / modify the backend dashboard?
