• If you try to add more than 10 FAQ including number in the title in a group number 10 will appear after number 1 as shown below:

    1-
    10-
    2-
    3-
    4-
    5-
    6-
    7-
    8-
    9-

So on so for for two digits but obviously 10 has to be after 9. Anyone tried this?

    I just used [faq style=”accordion”]

    Hi @smithjhsn,

I apologize for the delayed response.

We tried to replicate the issue you mentioned and we are able to replicate the same behavior at our end. The FAQ’s are sorted based on the “orderby” parameters defined in WordPress. If you still want it in the list sorted by numbers then you can use orderby=”ID” attribute in the shortcode. But, then you will have to add the FAQ’s in a sequential manner i.e. numbers in the title.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

If you use the numbering scheme like the following, it will sort correctly within the group:

    01-
    02-
    03-
    04-
    05-
    06-
    07-
    08-
    09-
    10-

    and so on.

I hope I understood your question correctly.

    Hi @mariyahu,

Thank you for providing a solution. This is one way of displaying the faqs sequentially. You can also use the solution which I have mentioned above.

Do let us know if you have any questions.
