• I’m using your plugin in combination with JetSmartFilters by Crocoblock. This JetSmartFilters plugin enables me to use a checkbox filters widget on my shop page ( https://vulwol.nl/shop/ ).

This checkbox filter is using regular products tags as output. I want to be able to sort those tags manually, instead of the default alphabetically. Unfortunately, sorting the tags is not a default function within that Crocoblock plugin, and that is where your plugin comes in. It’s being shared in this Github forum too, as being the solution.

Now, all seems to be working well. I can get the manual sorting to work on the back-end and also within the Elementor page builder view, the manual sorting is being shown. However, on the frontend it is still the default sorting.

I would love your help on fixing this, as I do not know what is going wrong here.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
I just tried to get Woo going here in two test setups, but it does get more confusing to me as the years go by.

Could you send me a zipfile of the plugin/widget you use? Maybe looking at the code will be more worthwhile.
    My email is [email protected]

And I am not allowed to look at the dashboard of people, I prefer to to as well. Whoever told you that was wrong.

    Regards, Marcel

Okay, I did get it going on a completely new install.

When I use the regular widget for filtering on attributes, ordering in this plugin works. So probably that filter widget/plugin works different.

Boy, do I get grumpy from Woo stuff. I just lost an hour. Maybe I should quit doing anything with Woo unless there is payment involved. This isn’t fun, quite the opposite.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I will email the plugin file in a minute.

I tried, I really tried. But I don’t understand anything about this combination of Woo, Elementor and custom filters. I looked at the minified js, but I have no clue which PHP code is being called.

I am sorry, I am not able to help you here.

If someone can tell me which ajax action and php code is being used, I will look at this again.

Hmm, that’s a pity. Thanks anyway for your effort in helping me out!
