Sorting Packing Slip on SKU A-Z

Hi! There are several snippets in the thread you link to (one for the SKU and another for the product name), just to make sure you have the correct one, check out this recent thread: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/natural-sorting-by-sku/

Make sure it is activated as “Run snippet everywhere” in Code Snippets.

This is also a feature of our Premium Templates extension. You can easily add the total quantity of your items to the totals section via the customizer.

I just sent you an email – this feature was introduced in version 2.7.0 and you were using an older version.
