Sorting pages

    Hi, This is really a fantastic plugin!
    However I wander if there is any possibility to sort the pages, specially when you have many. In the example I add to this post there are only a few, I expect to have between 70 and 100 pages in the future.
    The interface you offer is very clear, but if I add a new page, I do have to remove the back covers and end pages before. Or maybe I do somenthing wrong?

    You can change page number for existing pages. So just set the last page number for the bottom cover.
