Sorting Product Option Automatically

Hello,
I am currently using widget to call out the filter function on my product page, and i enable the form ajax redrawing as i needed the filter button to start filtering, but in my product page the sorting options is affected as well, is there a way to make the ajax redrawing only apply on the widget but not the sorting options?
