Sorting the Product Order on New Order form

  • Hello, and thank you for any help you might provide.

    I built a print-on-demand book site for a friend and used Kadence Email Designer to generate custom emails. Thank you.
    When generating a NEW ORDER, it is important for the products to be listed in a specific sorting order. I utitlized the menu order option with each product to specify the sorting order AND THIS WORKED up until some recent update in some plugin or wordpress itself. But now, it seems to be sorting alphabetically. Is there any way to impose a sorting order for the products listed in the new order form?

    Hello @pradhansb

    Could you deactivate the email designer plugin and see if the problem persists? WooCommerce provides the sorting function you mentioned and not the email customizer. If the problem persists after the email customizer is disabled, you should contact WooCommerce to see why the custom sort doesn’t work with emails.
