Sound disabled from YT on TS gallery videos.

    Hello,

    Videos are played correctly but sound of YT is disabled, this on every videos from TS Galleries …

    I checked with different browsers and it’s the same : sound icon is disabled.

    I also searched but found no sound options from TS gallery admin panels …

    Could you please tell me how to play videos with sound without this disabled speaker icon from YT ?

    Thank you very much for your question.

    Our priority for us is the quality of customer service and their satisfaction.

    It’s not a problem. When you open a video in a popup. And the video plays on autoplay, the sound is turned off. It’s not a problem

    YouTube has changed its principles and it comes from YouTube.

    But we saw you are not using our plugin.

    Yes, maybe this silent playing is coming from YT, but anyway it’s for me a problem because music without sound is not what visitors can expect don’t you think ?? … lol

    Please let us know how to activate sound again in your gallery because this lack of sound is a bad point ….. (especially because the speaker icon is not shown for visitors who are using mobiles)
