Sound issue with triggers

    Hi Dallas,

    I have an issue with triggers addon: i don’t get any sound when a user replies to my automatic message (“Hey, can I help you?”).

    I don’t understand because I’m getting sound when a user starts a conversation after entering email address and name…
    So the issue is only with triggers addon…

    I’ve tried with Chrome and Safari on Mac OS X.

    If you delete the trigger and create it again, does the issue still come up?

    Not sure what would be causing this. On my site, the triggers work fine. If you don’t mind, invite me ([email protected]) to the WP Admin area through the Users tab to take a closer peek.
