Soundcloud player not inserting into post

I am having trouble inserting the soundcloud player into a post. Have have read all the related previous posts on this topic but I’m still having a problem:

I have the player displaying in a widget on the home page, but I also want to create a post/page that has a playlist of all the tracks in a set. When in the post and having selected the soundcloud is gold option, the “insert into post” button is not clickable.

I have disabled and deleted all similar plugins and refreshed the cache. Cannot seem to resolve this issue so and advice would be greatly appreciated!
