Sounds good, but just sounds..

  • Looks good on the example, but where is the plugin? No config tabs and even the settings on plugins page is hidden. The only thing showing is the box on top asking for review.. Heres mine…

    EDIT: Just found the shortcode area..IN THE DASHBOARD!! And guess what? Dosn’t work in 3 themes I tried.. He appears everywhere

    I’m not sure what the problem is. You mention that you can’t find any “config tabs” or “the settings on plugins page”. If you read the description you’ll find that it very clearly states that you add the plugin with either a widget or a shortcode. There are no universal settings for the plugin and I have no idea where you got that impression from.

    You seem surprised that the shortcode generator is on the dashboard despite it being very clearly stated in the description.

    What “dosn’t work”? Which themes did you try it with? What other plugins did you have active that could potentially cause a conflict? What is the result you’re getting on the front end? Have you read through the FAQ to see if your issue has already been addressed? The fact that this plugin has over 8000 active installs and over 20 5-star reviews tends to indicate that if there is a problem it is with something else on your site and not the plugin.

    In future, please do the responsible thing as a WordPress user and open a support ticket if you encounter issues with a plugin instead of a review.
