Sounds great on paper, poor delivery

This plugin sounds like it has great promises but it totally under delivers. I posted a question for support here and no one ever answered it. So I thought maybe they are out for the Christmas New Year holidays, so I waited. Still no reply. Perhaps it got buried under the other, new questions, so I posted again. Still no reply. So I will leave a review here and maybe someone can get back to me.

My issue is, the activation emails are not being received/sent. UM said could be a PHP issue and asked me to try SMTP, which I have already tried SMTP and tried sending emails with something other than UM. I’ve asked my web host to check and they said there was no PHP issue.

I am frustrated because this is literally the only thing (at the moment) preventing me from taking advantage of the otherwise really good features, like unlimited custom form fields, they even have soundcloud and youtube video links, all in the free version too.

I noticed that the low ratings are problems that are big issues, as opposed to the high ratings that are just ‘happy reviews’, ie, when UM doesn’t work, it is a real problem.
