Soundy Plugin-Buttons greyed out/disabled upon installation

Hello,

Trust that you are keeping well. I have installed the Soundy plugin, however when I go into settings to begin configuration, all the buttons are greyed and clicking obviously yields no response. I have read you README, checked that JQuery is upto date but still have no idea why Soundy doesn’t seem to work for me.

Also worthy of note is that I have a theme installed: Wedding Couple by Coffeecream.

I have also tried enabling debug mode in wp-config.php and then reproducing the issue to see the logs that might get triggered and point me in the right direction but nothing still.

Please help advise what could be the cause.

PS:I have also searched Google quite a bit.
