Hi @gvaslin
Usually when you see shortcodes on your front end, it is usually the case that the plugin is not activated or installed properly. Can you email us on our main website? We will take a look what is going on ??
@divisupreme Why are you asking for off-site contact? I hope it’s not because you’d like to login to the OP’s site!

Also, please read this article on the nuances of such a request.
Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.
If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.
Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us escalating this to the plugins team.
It’s never necessary to do that. Here’s why.
There are many ways to get information you need and accessing the user’s site is not one of them. That’s going too far.
- Ask for a link to the https://pastebin.com/ log of the user’s web server error log.
- Ask the user to create and post a link to their
phpinfo();
output. - Ask the user to install the Health Check plugin and get the data that way.
- Walk the user through enabling WP_DEBUG and how to log that output to a file and how to share that file.
- Walk the user through basic troubleshooting steps such and disabling all other plugins, clear their cache and cookies and try again.
- Ask the user for the step-by-step on how they can reproduce the problem.
You get the idea.
Volunteer support is not easy. But these forums need to a safe place for all users, experienced or new. Accessing their system that way is a short cut that will get you into real trouble in these forums.
The reason why we ask the op to email us because we need to ask a few details such as divi version, WordPress version, error log, steps to reproduce such error and etc. Also we are definitely much active supporting users via email. But if you think we should do it here then let us know ?????? But that could take sometime to response to them.

@divisupreme the plugin is well installed and active ! I have deactivated and reactivated the plugin but things are the same ! the url is in my first message !
It would be preferable to do that here, @divisupreme Questions and answers are available to help others with similar issues and all of that (especially the methodology) should be public.
@gvaslin, just like @sterndata recommended. Can I know the Divi version you have? Also,
Try disabling all other plugins except Divi Supreme, clear your cache and cookies and try again. And is there a step-by-step on how they can reproduce the problem this?We tried to reproduce such on our end at https://staging.divisupreme.com/ but could not get anything like yours. We tried on local host as well. Nothing came up like yours.
We are using Blog Module on the frontend. And the first two blog post does have custom modules inside the blog and it’s not showing up as shortcodes on the blog module. Do you have some custom coding or something that exclude the trimming of the Divi shortcode? By right, the Divi Theme will trim off and remove that automatically.
The options we are using is: Content Length is “Show Excerpt” and Use Post Excerpts to “Yes” and under Elements Tab, make sure the Show Excerpt to “Yes”
I think this is more of Divi Theme. We also find some interesting article here regarding this issue. https://www.relevanssi.com/knowledge-base/divi-page-builder-and-cleaner-excerpts/ and https://www.elegantthemes.com/blog/divi-resources/changing-the-length-of-your-divi-blog-post-excerpts where it says: Go to Divi → Theme Options and under the general settings, click to enable the option “Use excerpts when defined”.
