    Hi community.

I have started using EWWW plugin to speed up the loading of my site. It has worked however I am now facing an issue of some pictures not displaying properly due to image src being changed to an url that doesnt match my original as /wp-content/uploads/ etc etc

What’s the override method I can use in order to prevent this from happening? I have gone through the docs and tried a couple of potential fixes but didn’t get any luck. Any help will be highly appreciated.

    thanks !

  • Can you give an example of a change?

As far as I’m aware, this plugin doesn’t make any changes to image urls other than the webp option.

hi, thanks for your message. I have now disabled the plugin due to conflicts with other cache plugins!

    Hello,

Sorry to hear you had a conflict. I’d be happy to look at it if you wanted to contact us directly: https://ewww.io/contact-us/

As Rob states, our plugin doesn’t change any image URLs other than with WebP (unless you are using our CDN) and only then it is to append the URL with .webp at most.

I’ll mark this as resolved for now but feel free to open a new thread or, again, contact us directly!
